If you are grappling with the weight of trauma, I’m also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), offering a pathway to healing. And because we know anxiety can be a tricky companion, I can offer ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) – a game-changer for those looking to tame the anxiety beast.
